        I called 4 days in a row to try and get through to Health and Beauty to book a Virgin Experience Spa Day. No one answers the phone and it goes to a messaging service. I have left countless voicemail messages and have not received a reply at all. This place is an absolute joke!

        Im giving it such a low review purely because of its poor value for money, given that they havent updated the gym equipment for what seems over a decade. If you enjoy tennis this might be more of a gym for you, but for gym goers only you pay a heavy premium for gym equipment that is scarce and outdated. The staff are mostly teenage unhelpful and unfriendly people.
