Great piece of furniture, solid and beautiful. Also they painted the metal a colour I wanted to match our theme. Good service from start to finish. Lead times are longer than most online orders but it is made to order unlike most things these days. Therefore time to make and deliver is as you would expect and just added to the excitement of opening the parcel. Would recommend to anyone wanting something slightly different. After ordering some shelves at the end of August 22 with a lead time of 4-6 weeks, we started contacting them after 5 weeks but found it extremely difficult to get through and get any answers. Answer phone messages were not replied to and eventually we got through by sending WhatsApp messages to the mobile number. Excuse after excuse - no stock, family issues etc. Finally after 10 weeks we gave up and requested a return of the money we had paid, which to be fair, was processed quickly and efficiently. I purchased a table and bench in July with an estimated waiting time of 4-6 weeks. I think I gave it until the 7th week before I first got in contact with them. Pretty quick reply, saying that they were a little behind but itll should be with me the following week, this circle happened 3 times, saying it would be with in a week. Come the 12th week I ended up giving up and asking for a refund, which I will say they did pretty put through. Clearly they are very busy, the furniture looks great. Its just a pity I wont have a piece in my house. Service: Table construction & installation

6 weeks ago, I ordered 2 shelves, 4 brackets and a very basic tv stand. For a quality craftsman, it ought to have taken about 30 minutes to prepare the lot. 6 weeks later, nothing. No communications from them at all, apart from an answer to me chasing them, and tonight theyve let me down again. Hopeless business, awful comms. Theyve been sat with my 100 for all that time. Never experienced such poor service. Service: Custom furniture
