        We are in the process of buying a house in Whitstable and have been absolutely delighted at the excellent service we have received from Richard. We were just at the point of arranging a survey when the Covid-19 lockdown came into force and this caused us a lot of anxiety, as we were unable to travel from London to organise anything. Thankfully, Richard stayed in touch throughout and was ready to undertake the survey promptly once restrictions were eased. Communication, both written and on the phone, has been prompt and helpful, Richard negotiated respectfully with our vendors on our behalf and provided a detailed report in a very short space of time, including recommendations and a helpful summary. Richard was also helpful in signposting us to other services in the area, which has saved us valuable time. Highly recommended! Thank you, Richard.
