Have always had mixed reviews as some of the reception staff are lovely and helpful, but overall the business seems to be very money oriented and insincere. Majority of the vets I've seen here over the last few years here have been rude and unhelpful, except for one lady (who I think is actually the lead vet). I brought my dog in for epilsepsy and all the male vet kept saying was "I dont know how much to charge you for this" instead of caring for my dog at all. Then when I asked a few questions about the disease, all I got was "not sure" or "dont know" and he couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I got charged 50 for this because apparently it was a 'consulsation'? I tried to complain via email but no one got back to me on there and they wouldn't release any medicine until I paid it. I had to use a different vets over Christmas as I was in another city and I couldn't believe the difference in customer service, care and sincerity. They were so knowledgable, helpful and genuine, not to mention half the price. It really highlighted that I haven't been getting the service I deserve at Brockwell Park.
