Was quoted one fare, then the driver insisted he had to add an extra 5 because he needed to lower one of the back seats in to fit a longer piece of luggage. Took him literally 2 seconds to lower it and was not remotely inconvenienced. I understand it is 'company policy' but I still felt ripped off. I let him know how I felt in a calm and polite manner. I won't be using them again.

Horrendous service. Been using them for around 6 years now and the service has been appalling lately. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable staff. Took our car seat to keep at their office and then failed to give it back to us putting our child's life at risk, even though we arranged it with the female working there prior to the journey. Now they are trying to charge us to have the car seat delivered back to us after promising for a week to bring it back themselves. Not a single apology for the fact that they didn't bring it back when they said they would, apparently due to "someone taking the key for the cupboard with them". With the amount of other cab companies around as well as Uber there is no way we'd be using them again and have advised everyone we know as it's just not worth it. No appreciation for the fact that we've been their long-term customers for so long and really no manners.
