The Prince Regent

This is the general problem I have with a lot of London pubs - paying an extortionate price, for p*ss poor service. I ordered a round which was far more expensive than I thought - when I asked for a receipt, the manager told me to wait and acted very rude. Its not a big deal, Im just asking for a receipt. She clearly did not want to be there and did not take pride in her service.

Enjoyed a private event upstairs over the Easter wkd. The experience just reinforced a previously held opinion that this is a quality establishment through & through.

Nice pub. Quiz on Tuesdays. Food is good, however, they serve something claiming to be a crumble, but it isn't - avoid. Subtract three stars for that. I even asked beforehand if it was a real crumble and was assured it was. Poor.
