Incredible studio, Quality classes, Great community. And I say this having used a variety of studios in London for the past six years. Fison has helped me grow a stronger and healthier body. Very inclusive of all ages, body shapes and fitness levels. The focus is on being the best you can be in a way that works for you. A wide range of classes so good if you have a full lifestyle. Im grateful to have Fison.

I love this place, there are some really excellent instructors here and the new pilates/yoga studio is lovely. What I like is the big range of things to do over a week, including pilates, yoga, circuits etc. Plus there is also the option to work with a PT. I feel like I'm able to get a balanced range of activities in each week. I came back as they expanded and I can go to more classes now. The other members a are also friendly so it's a nice place to go if like me you're a tragic self employed shut-in

Really enjoyed my work out and Stephen did a great job demonstrating the exercises and is a really nice guy. However, I think it would be nice if participants at the sessions were encouraged by the instructor to greet other participants before the class starts, after all, isnt that a big reason why we all go to group exercise classes when we all could just go to the gym independently. Maybe there could be a quick fire round of people briefly introducing themselves / saying hello before the session starts. I think initstives like this will help make the world seem like less of a lonely place for people, improve our sense of interconnectivity and help us escape this unfortunate habit weve developed as a society, particularly in London, of ignoring each other in public.
