Way above and beyond helpful, this company is outstanding. On Monday evening I wrote asking when to measure my legs, I had a voice reply offering advice, on Tuesday at 08:15. Later that morning I rang to ask futher questions, regarding a possible purchase. During that conversation I was not only helped to choose the right product, I was offered timely health advice regarding my condition (advice not given to me by my GP, but confirmed when I rang the surgery later that morning). A twenty five minute friendly, helpful, informative, welcome, reassuring, and unrushed conversation, for a mere 60 sale. (For reference, I was trained in retail service at Harrods in the early 70ies, the service that Vital Active offers, is second to none, thank you).
