        The score I'm giving is -1 the person I was dealing with regarding tenancy quick to talk at consultation to get paid, then Ignore you, even to go as low as when you call him he answers the phone then pretend his not there. If your not happy to do the job then let them know so not to WASTE THEIR TIME chasing you 1 month and still nothing.
