        If I could give a zero I definitely would. These guys house the most antisocial individuals who torture, disrupt and disrespect their neighbours. My family and I suffered for MONTHS due to constant loud music, late-night party racket and a constant smell of cannabis all because this association FAILED to let us know they owned the property. So much so, the tenants made up a story that they owned it and there was nothing we could do. The housing officer employed with them; used to party with them every night too! Absolutely disgraceful! We ended up bumping into the handyman who reported what was going on back to his seniors and the guy in charge of the Birmingham tenants came over to our house and did not show us any empathy, sympathy or remorse in what had happened to us and had the audacity to sit in our home with a blais attitude. Absolutely disgusting people and a disgusting company. STAY AWAY!
