Terrible, they don't care and don't make the appointment system work for the patients. Previous practice would make it accessible speaking to a GP on the same day without putting you on a 12 people queue to then say you had to call again the following day (that happened 2x in a row)... Shame I changed areas!

I don't know the name of the receptionist but she is so kind. Usually GP receptionist seem like they are not bothered but this receptionist has amazing character.

I am so grateful to be registered with this surgery, if I call at 8am I can usually get a telephone appointment the same day, the reception team are friendly & very helpful & will always go out of there way to help, the Doctors are outstanding, especially Dr Anto she is very professional, so patient & leaves no stone unturned, Dr Savan also, I have 100% confidence in this surgery.

Terrible services and never have appointment. I wait long time in the phone for one appointment and the reception say I don't have appointment and I say can you please give for tomorrow and she say call tomorrow and I call tomorrow its the same I don't have appointments
