        Horrible customer service and one of the rudest exchanges I've ever had with someone working in retail. I've spent a decent sum of money with this business before, safe to say I shan't be spending anymore money here. Please learn very basic etiquette and try to remember a face, or you may not see them again.

        Not a pleasant experience, The Flower Lady was rude and unpleasant. Poor customer service, avoid and go to Bartley's in Dulwich Village instead.

        Tried to support a local flower shop as I regularly buy flowers for my home and friends. Was ignored for awhile, eventually asked what I wanted, then the woman just walked off as I was telling her and didn't return. What sort of business treats customers this way? Waited to see if she returned and gave up before leaving. Don't bother going there - they clearly don't value customers and I would rather spend my money somewhere that does. Utter waste of time.
