Ikigai Holistic is something truly special that you cant find anywhere else locally, as a Yoga teacher I absolutely love teaching my classes here and the facilities are fantastic, underfloor heating is a dreamy bonus in these Winter months ! The upstairs well-being centre hosts incredible practitioners from Osteopathy, Hypnotherapy through to Facials, theres a holistic offering for practically all of your needs. A treasure in our town !

I absolutely love Ikigai Studios. I have been attending yoga classes regularly there for almost a year now and have enjoyed every single class I have been to. The studio has a warm, relaxed vibe, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, I always leave feeling chilled out. I couldnt recommend Yin Yoga with Emma on a Wednesday morning enough. It is a highlight of my week! Thank you x
