        I was a bit hesitant to sign up, as it can be tough getting back into yoga (I did ballet for many years, but lost my flexibility as I grew older). From day one Laura was amazing, Laura taught me to listen to my body and that change doesn't happen over night. In class we celebrate the small victories and everyone is so supportive! Laura is so welcoming, I instantly felt comfortable and knew her teaching style was the right fit for me!
