Amazing lady, very kind, considerate and understanding to my needs of a wig, very professional, top quality service and also what is unique about Emma is she knows what different chemotherapies there are and the medications and treatments and how it can take it's toll on individual's, always feel positive seeing Emma a very kind, lovely lady who is unique and brilliant at her job and also reassuring her client's, highly recommend her. From the minute you arrive at Emma's you will feel at ease. Emma makes the process so easy and reassuring. The quality of the hair is honestly amazing - you won't find anything nearly as good anywhere else. It is so natural looking, so comfortable and honestly I am so relieved to have hair that feels like me again. Would recommend over and over.

I can't tell you just how wonderful Emma is. My already thin, fragile hair took further stick from post-Covid shedding and left me feeling miserable and very self-conscious. I thought I'd try somewhere out of Kent to maintain some physical distance and confidentiality but having read the wonderful reviews for Emma, I took the plunge and opted for a local specialist. From the initial contact to getting my wig, my life has been transformed. Emma was honest, caring and understanding. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Emma is simply wonderful. She is so knowledgeable about and sensitive to the needs of those who need/ want her services. Emma took me through the process of getting the right alternative hair for me. Her considerable hair-dressing skills enabled her to create the style that was right for me. This all takes place in a lovely, light, large peaceful room. I am eternally grateful to Emma. I came out of a traumatic time to be confident with my hair and myself. I cannot recommend her more highly. Thank you Emma for your fantastic support for me and for all those who come to you.
