Beach Hut Weddings

Me and my husband got married here nearly 4 years ago in June 2019. Kirsty went above and beyond to make the day so special. Such a beautiful venue. Such a magical day.

Beach Hut Weddings are just incredible! We had the perfect day and it was all thanks to Kirsty and the team. I can never thank them enough for everything they did for us to make our wedding day so special! The venue is just incredible, with the gorgeous beach hut as the centre point for the day. If you are looking for a laid back venue that is a little different then here it is! Beach Hut Weddings is a smaller venue in relation to its numbers but a huge venue in what it can offer. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a mostly outdoors chilled wedding! Kirsty is absolutely brilliant and will help to bring all your ideas to life! The venue is also reasonably priced so you can keep the cost down if needs be or add on a few extras to make it even more fabulous. Its really hard to put into words how amazing this venue truly is! Ive re read my review and realised that I havent actually explained why this venue is so amazing and what I would of wanted to of known about it before booking! We had been engaged for a couple of years and I just couldnt find a venue I wanted, not that I was really looking. I knew I wanted something a little different and didnt want to spend a fortune. I found Beach Hut Weddings on Facebook and seen that someone I knew had got married there. So I looked at every photo and realised it was ON A PIER! And there were beautiful sea views. So I contacted Kirsty and she got back to me and we arranged a viewing! Kirsty showed us around and explained how the day could be but explained each wedding day is always different as there were so many things that could be done on the pier, she didnt force us to make a decision there and then and was open and honest about the cost! We walked away and arranged to call her in a few day late but we got to the end of the pier and quickly walked back to book! It was perfect! It was different, it was fun and it wasnt formal! We had regular contact and meetings with Kirsty where we booked everything in and confirmed the plans she was always easy to get hold of and answered all the questions we had! Then for the day! She was there for EVERYTHING you needed! EVERYTHING she even brought food for the crabs to make sure the guests caught some! Nothing was too much trouble and she did it with a smile, the rest of the team were exactly the same! They worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us and they truly succeeded! From taking photos for the guests, to making sure everyone had blankets in the evening (remember its mostly outside) and always making sure myself and my husband had food and drinks! We had our ceremony in the beach hut but the rest of the wedding was mostly outside it was a gamble on the weather but if it did rain, Kirsty and the team were ready with gazebos and yes it rained not for long but just before the ceremony so they made sure all the guests had umbrellas and were under cover! After the ceremony we had a drink and some snacks before going to the arcades. We came back to the pier and sat down for our food fish and chips and it was delicious, followed by our speeches. Then the real fun started, we hired the carousel and helter skelter for an hour just as the evening guest started to arrive whilst Kirsty and the gang gave out hot donuts and brownie and ice cream! We had a live band in the evening and there was plenty of space to dance as well as sit and chat all under the stars! The evening food was pizza and burgers and this was brought out as it was cooked fresh and given to the guests. It was amazing. So many people commented on what a fun time they had and how different it was from other weddings they had been too and with this venue yours could be so different from the wedding we had as with Kirsty and Beach Hut Weddings you explain your vision to Kirsty and she makes it happen (all within a few heath and safety rules of course) if your not sure if this is the venue for you, go down and visit Beach Hut Weddings and see what you think!!

My wife and I were looking for somewhere a little different for our big day and stumbled across beach hut weddings, wow are we glad we did!! From the very first contact Kirsty was amazing and a huge help when the stresses of organising a wedding start to build, always available and reassuring her service was outstanding. The venue is intimate for the ceremony and then fun and celebratory afterwards as well as being fantastic value compared to most stuffy halls and such. We opted for fish and chips for our guests and everybody absolutely loved it, this coupled with a 1966 double decker bus showed that Kirsty's recommendations are of equally excellent quality. We will always be glad we chose Kirsty and her team as I'm sure all her couples are too!!

Fabulous and amazing wedding, such fun, very relaxed and the day was 100% how we wanted it. Initially planned for June 2020 however for reasons we all know, the date had to be moved. Nothing was too much trouble for Kirsty, she ooze's weddings and making sure you get everything you want out of your day! She truly is a delight, chilled and very funny! Moving the the date to September 2020 was an easy transition with Kirsty's help, ensuring that we had the most amazing day in the most spectacular venue. Would love to use your services again, however my husbands pretty fab as well so unfortunately I wont be needing you again!! However for anyone looking for unique day in a beautiful location, I cannot recommend the Beach Hut Weddings highly enough, from the bottom of our heart! We thank you. Anita & Ian xxx

So glad we chose Kirsty and her lovely beach hut on the pier! Thank you for helping us to plan and enjoy the perfect day! Would recommend to anyone who wants an intimate wedding whether relaxed or formal you can have the day exactly as you want it.
