        Been a client myself for over 5 years now and our family has always been a client ever since we've had Dogs Trust rescues over the last 15 years or so.. they are a great veterinary clinic.. but over the last couple of months things haven't been too great.. I don't know that's going on! Weather it's a change of staff or change of processes; or maybe it's that they are trying to expand the bussines, too quickly. But all I can say is bring back the small veterinary practice they used to be when they were only in Herne Bay town.. sorry to say!
