They are always helpful & fit you in when necessary. The only issue is that their prices seem to go up every time. The pet plan is barely worth having as you only get 10% off a few things. Also the price has gone up a lot. We also have insurance but unless your pet is having expensive treatment it is not worth having as you have to pay a high excess.

Very good veterinary practice in herne bay Kent very helpful when I had to moved my cats to there new in home in Grimsby while they travelled by train from Kent to London to Grimsby thank you all the staff are all part of a fantastic team they are now with a registered with a new veterinary centre called Abbey veterinary centre here in Grimsby that's why give them 5 stars

The vet on call in an emergency was so wonderful. She was calm and clear when explaining what was happening and so empathetic. The kindest service at a really difficult time for our family when we suddenly lost our beautiful cat. Thank you so much for making it slightly easier to say goodbye in a dignified and caring way. X
