I cannot recommend your services after our experience today. My nans dog needed emergency treatment at 9am and we phoned. He was collapsed and needed urgent care. We were told to wait until the appointment at 2pm. When I asked if a nurse could triage him and ask to give him pain relief earlier I was told that this would not be possible. I was told to keep him at home where he may be more comfortable? Right I phoned another vets and they understood that he needed emergency treatment as soon as possible. They registered him even though we were not their clients and agreed to see him despite also being fully booked and extremely busy. We are extremely upset and we hope that the practice can change their protocols when it comes to emergency patients as it is a duty of care to keep an animal from suffering regardless of how booked up the appointment schedule is. We are glad that our little boy is resting at peace now
