        Turned up at 11am looking forward to a Turkish breakfast. It states on the website the restaurant opens at 11am! We walked in and was not acknowledged at all by staff! Members of staff saw us standing there and just stood out the back looking at us. I was stood waiting and saying hello for several minutes and still not acknowledged. The restaurant staff saw us waiting with a young baby until I finally strongly asked them are they open? To which one member of staff said no we open at 12 I explained this is not what it stated on the website, he had no reply to this. AWFUL customer service to just let us stand there for 5 minutes, look at us without any acknowledgment. Rude staff!
