Paul at Phoenix Link has recently assisted our business in the switch from a line based telephone system to VOIP and I have been impressed by his professionalism and knowledge from the very start. We were nervous about making such a leap but the transition has been seamless with Paul keeping us updated from initial consultation through to install and beyond. Not only is the service level fantastic, we are also making some considerable savings on our monthly outgoings compared to the old line based option. I have no hesitation in giving Phoenix Link the 5 stars they so deserve and I only wish we had moved to them sooner.
