Tried calling to book a taxi, call ignored 4 times then to be told very rudely no taxis and then hung up on, wont be using again.

Absolutely awful service, booked 1.5 hrs ahead to then have to phone after a no show to be told that the taxi had been tracked and arrived but told it was the wrong address, no texts no phone calls and driver had obviously gone to the wrong address as we were sat at the window waiting. Worse thing was the bad attitude of the phone guy, Instead of apologising for the mistake tried to make it was my problem and was so rude. Seems like its a regular occurrence judging by the awful reviews. Would never use again!!

We received a call to inform us the driver had arrived but of course he hadn't. He'd misread the address but no drama, he was with us a couple of minutes later and on time. We had a nice chat with Dave and arrived safely at Canterbury 20 minutes later. We'll be using Abacus again for sure.
