Eastburn Partnership offered outstanding service. Written survey arrived within 3 hours of property visit and was very comprehensive. Mark also made a courtesy phone call after survey with a very brief summary.Both Jane & Mark are very easy to talk to, deal with, and are very helpful. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We initially spoke to Jane and was uncertain to the level of survey required, she clearly explained the various differences and we decided to opt for the Home Buyers Report. The survey itself was booked in as soon as there was availability. We planned to complete a loft conversion and asked if additional photos could be taken of the loft as we had yet to view it. This was no trouble at all for Eastburn. On the day of the survey, Mark (Surveyor) called us immediately after his visit to the property and provided us with a high level summary of his findings. Come 5pm that day we received our report and photos as requested. Overall, fantastic service and very competitively priced. Could not recommend highly enough.
