Our survey was arranged on the Monday, carried out on the Friday and the report was in our hands on the following Monday. The service was therefore first class. Although the report gave the property we are buying a clean bill of health I was able to quickly call Andrew to discuss a few minor points. The report itself is comprehensive and covered all of the points we were most interested in. The price is worth the peace of mind a survey brings. Thanks once again. Gary in Suffolk

Thoroughly professional and efficient. I used this company to obtain a property survey/homebuyers report for my onwards move. I found them to be competitively priced (one third cheaper than another local company!) and they quickly booked via the estate agent to survey the property in question. Within just three days of the survey being carried out I had my report via email, detailed and expertly presented and at a very fair price. Worth every penny, highly recommended!
