Great communication and unblocked a really stinky, blocked drain - perfectly. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Thanet / Kent. He tidied up too - which a lot of tradesmen don't always do. If you have a blocked drain - book this guy.

In all honesty I cannot rate this company and their operative highly enough. Having been let down earlier in the day by another company, I contacted Insite around lunchtime yesterday. My call was taken professionally and when told that they could attend that very same afternoon, my spirits were lifted considerably. I was given a 15 minute window as to when they would arrive and they arrived 5 minutes before then. My problems were quickly assessed and work commenced straight away. It was not any easy job but he persevered and eventually success was achieved. Everything was left immaculate upon completion and the reasonable bill for what was done was paid readily. If you need good, sound professional help, you'd go a long way to better this company. I have no interest in this company other than as a perfectly happy customer.

Excellent service would highly recommend. Arrived very promptly unblocked my drains with speed no fuss and all left very clean. A very professional service. Pete very pleasant guy can't recommend enough. All at a very reasonable cost.
