Had a lovely cake from them for my baby shower, it was beautiful and quite delicious! So I wanted to have them do another for my childs first birthday, and it was the complete opposite experience. First of all they forgot to make it altogether, which I didnt mind at all, we werent in a rush or anything, but when it did finally arrive it was pretty heartbreaking. The frosting was uneven and the sponge was burnt and dry, and inside there was over an inch layer of buttercream, way too sickly, and it completely crumbled when we tried to slice it. I was offered a discount on my next one but decided not to risk using them again. I understand people may have personal issues that might affect their work but you should be honest with customers about it and tell them when you are unable to provide a service youve been paid for.

Lovely little place, nice friendly staff. Drinks and food delicious and reasonably priced. Personal touch of an independent.

Adorable cafe on Whitstable high street - stopped for lunch with children lots of choices including brownies, gypsy tarts, all homemade staff very friendly and welcoming and dogs welcome well worth a visit

Had a selection of old Skool treats bread pudding gypsy tart to name but a few for a 30th anniversary everyone said that they where first class good quality and no ripoff prices .
