        Stunning food! Amazing evening at Number 39 in Whitstable. The foodsmall plates menuwas absolutely extraordinary: beautifully prepared and so much flavour in every mouthful. We had chicken wings, seabass goujons, tofu bites, coconut prawns and crispy cauliflower. Fabulous wines. Recommended! Such a wonderful atmosphere toofriendly staff and there was a painting class going on, which was lovely. A large community space for Whitstable that still feels like an intimate bar and restaurant with cosy corners, such a find. [SECOND VISIT LAST NIGHT] Food great as usual. A word about the server. Apart from the chef, she was the only one there last night. She had many customers, but she was brilliant; managed everything so professionally. Always attentive, despite having loads of tables and orders to deal with.
