        Brilliant.... food cooked freshly, takes a little longer, but so worth the wait. I asked for a strong tea, & got it.. absolutely smashing. Perfect food, perfect drinks & dog friendly, didn't ask for water for my dog, but the lovely guy serving us brought some out with our drinks. Definitely one of Whitstable's best places to eat.

        unpretentious, not stuffy dining with excellent home cooked food. Sunday lunch, my party had chicken, pork and beef with all the trimmings. Great plates of food. The first time in a long time that I've not had to ask for more gravy with a roast! The chocolate brownie, a great finish. Great value, best to book.
