        Over charges on postal services. A set price from the Royal Mail pricing should mean you are charged that price and not what they see fit at the shop as I was told when I questioned why my son had been overcharged when he posted for me. Should have been 1.70 for 3 parcels but charged 3.35. His answer was that I should have come in rather than my son if I knew the prices and that if my son was told 3.35 and agreed (which he was not) that that was okay. Its not okay to take advantage of a child posting as a favour for his mum. I hope you dont do this to other people who dont know the costs. You should always charge the correct price on ALL your letters/parcels for ALL your customers. Immoral behaviour.
