        I found water dripping through a light socket in my hall this morning flooding the floor. The first floor landing, by the bathroom, was also wet. I had noticed a stain on the wall some time ago and a plumber told me the tiles in the bathroom would need to be removed to find the leak - several days' work... . I was desperate this morning and called Highgate. Within a couple of hours Gary arrived and he noticed the cropper on front of the house was overflowing. We have had torrential rain today and sleet and access from gutters was blocked. He unblocked the cropper, which he says is the cause of my problem. It cost me 60.

        Great job, turned promptly as agreed, got to work straight away, no messing around and sort the immediate issue. Also gave a clear explanation of the problem and a great camera view of all the cracks in our drain. Really good and would highly recommend. Thanks
