I placed an order for delivery at 1115. It said 45 mins for delivery. The order was accepted online. When I called to chase at 1215 I was told they were late in due to traffic and that they did not open until 12 noon. My order was still 30 mins away. Why accept orders when closed?

Why accept orders when closed?
