I went to Selina for a problem with my Plantar Fasciitis, which she very much improved. But she did so much more than sort my foot out. She looked holistically at how I was holding myself and realised that the problem started in my neck and jaw. I had no idea how tight and strained they were until Selina worked her magic. I would not hesitate to recommend Selina and Bowen therapy. To be honest I started as a cynic and finished a convert.

Selina is an amazing therapist and has really helped my on my journey to peace. She is empathetic, kind and patient and really professional. I knew very little about Bowen at the beginning but trusted her and the process and I had my last session last Friday. Im now pain free and my mobility has returned. I had a problem with my sacro iliac tendon for 2-3 years. It stopped me living my life normally. I see a chiropractor weekly, saw a physio too but nothing seemed to help. Id had a Bowen treatment years ago that got rid of an ongoing pain in my back but had completely forgotten how magical it was. The pain never returned and was gone within two sessions. Nothing short of miraculous. Selina was just as miraculous, but even more than that, I had 3 or 4 sessions and felt like a new woman. It did more than heal my back, it somehow rebalanced me holistically and mentally. Simply amazing! I highly recommend Selina and the Bowen Technique.

Selina is fantastic: empathetic, patient and really listens to you and your body. I had been suffering from a number of injuries but primarily went to see Selina with lower back pain that was preventing me from bending, sitting comfortably or lifting anything. A couple of sessions with Selina had improved my back no end but then Selina performed a movement that gave an instant release and a fantastic sense of relief. Since then my whole body has gone from strength to strength. I am extremely grateful to Selina for putting me back together!
