        All the pharmacies in the area are impossible to get them on the phone and I just think of the people who struggle to travel going to the chemist and being told its not ready yet when they couldve answered the phone and saved you the extra travel. And sometimes depending on what staff you get they can be quite rude and condescending. All pharmacies should allocate one person to answer the phones if its that much of a struggle to get the medicine ready AND answer the phone.
