Very upset. I have severe asthma.on steroids and therefore on vulnerable list. I went for my covid vaccination today and was told I had to wear a mask and would have to pay for one otherwise I could not have my vaccine. The fact that I am exempt due to my asthma didnt seem to matter. The girl was rude and said no mask then no vaccine.

Six separate times the pharmacy were late with the prescriptions, each time a different excuse! Again on the 18th August I ran out of important medication, I called the pharmacy they made more excuses blaming others, and said someone would call me back, (never did), The next day after 1pm I called the pharmacy (no call from them) the pharmacy said we just got the prescription it was human error (the pharmacy admitted this time their fault). I said your human error can cost lives you are supposed to order 10 days in advance so that patients ( we ) have 7 days medication from obtaining prescription the pharmacy said they have No way of checking if prescriptions come in to pharmacy, and also coronavirus is to blame! I said that seems very odd you dont check your orders as prescriptions can be life threatening, the pharmacy simply said we can deliver but it could be late up to 7pm! I said clearly the pharmacy attitude is not good and the service is very poor we will be moving prescriptions elsewhere reminding the pharmacy 6 times late is dreadful service, the pharmacy simply said delivery was free I said its free at many other businesses or by post or other options, but I do not expect to have to complain so many times the pharmacy said your choice and promptly hung up the phone. Visited August 2021
