        Order several items and the order was short. Contacted them 5 times. Once by phone. Still short of items. No response to any communication.

        Whoever working at dispatch here should be fired. Ordered 3 items, one was incorrect. Does not provide return postage.

        Item was needed urgently. Next day delivery took 4 days. Parcel arrived with someone else's order inside. Customer service took its time responding! Said that the wrong items needed to be returned before the correct order could be dispatched. Thus, the next day urgent delivery will take well over 1 week, with the inconvenience of having to go to the (not so near) post office. EDIT: having had to send several emails to Chemist Extra, they have agreed to send out the correct order, prior to receiving the incorrect order back. I have increased the rating accordingly (from 1 to 3 stars)

        DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. One day dispatch does not happen and then once the order is cancelled they will not give your money back until you request it. 0 stars!
