Began training with HPT in group sessions, while my initial goal was fitness & weight loss it quickly became apparent that the sessions had a massive impact on wellbeing too. 1:1 sessions very professional with targeted work, increased upper body strength & over all fitness. Great location & good music. Highly recommended!

Great 30 minute workout on a Friday on top of the beautiful Downs overlooking the sea. It was much easier than I expected and lots of fun. There were only 24 minute circuits (real work) so I wasnt sure quite what I had gained from it at the time. On Sunday I realised I had Doms in all muscle groups! My arms, my legs, my bum and definitely my stomach. Wow.... ive worked it into my week as a priority now as I would love to get fit again.
