I wouldnt use again as the poor comms and time wasting has added hundreds to my remortgage payments, largely because I had to find a new mortgage advisor. I could have had the whole thing sorted before the massive interest rate hike if Robin hadnt avoided answering emails and turned up for agreed appointments. I have recommended to lots of people before but sadly never again. He is a nice guy but he needs to remember that his carelessness costs some of us money.

Robin has without a doubt been an absolute asset to us when we were purchasing our first property. You can rely on Robin to bring the knowledge and experience when you need it most. I cannot recommend Robin any more when it comes to providing much needed guidance to what can be a stressful endeavour. I have had the pleasure of receiving great advice and savviness from Robin when dealing with challenging situations. I had some unusual requirements for the mortgage that DFP have arranged for me. They clearly explained the difficulties I might face and were able to offer me a number of options. I went with their advice and all has worked out perfectly. Also, I needed this done in the shortest possible time. Success! Thank you. BTW we are not related; at least as far as I have traced my family history.
