I placed an on line order for a wheelchair, and was promptly contacted by the sales Manager who explained that the chair I had selected was currently not available. He offered an alternative an an attractive price, which I then ordered. I was then contacted by telephone to ensure that the design features of the new chair would meet our needs. The chair was delivered two days later as planned. I am very pleased with the level of personal customer service provided by First Choice Mobility, they were extremely helpful and worked to ensure that the product I was ordering was appropriate for my needs.

Excellent service , chair ordered Monday posted Tuesday and arrived Wednesday. We are extremely impressed with this company I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered a control handset for a recliner/ riser chair which my husband needs to use due to his disability. First Choice Mobility were very helpful and it arrived two days later. Very efficient, prompt, excellent service. Thank you
