Kerry, Liam & the team are so easy to work with. MFP helped with remortgaging a rental property so to enable me to purchase another. I mainly dealt with Kerry who provided an outstanding service, nothing was ever to much trouble & even called me back on her days off when needed, now that's commitment to customer care. The whole team are very down to earth & speak with you on even terms. They do not use jargon you do not understand & every step of the way is explained in a calm, efficient & friendly manner. Finding an excellent mortgage broker can be tough and for me I relied on recommendations from local people who I knew and had given Marble Finance glowing reviews - so I reached out to Kerry and so pleased I did! Having had negative experiences with other brokers locally who told me outright I wouldnt get a mortgage I was so relieved how much support and advice Kerry gave me; shes knowledgeable, efficient and her communication is second to none. I personally recommended by a colleague who previously got a mortgage with Kerry. Obviously he was very admirable of her and they way she goes about it which got my attention so after a few conversations with other mortgage advisers I decided to call Kerry to have a chat. From the first conversation she was very clear about everything in a very professional way to my delight. So eventually I decided to go with Kerry in proceed of getting a mortgage. Initially I thought it will be difficult to get a mortgage under the circumstances at that particular time but then there was Kerry to my rescue.
