My partner and I initially had an appointment with Chris as we were first time buyers. The advice and information Chris gave us was invaluable, we left armed with knowledge we didnt have prior as well as print outs with all the information needed. When it came to purchasing our first home we had to act quickly to secure the purchase, Donna was incredible and helped us with applying for our Decision in Principle on an extremely tight timescale, right through to getting our mortgage offer and Donna also helped with life insurance enquiries. I cannot thank Donna and Chris enough for helping to take some of the stress away and working so hard. They are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
