Absolutely top class service from these guys, so polite, friendly & professional. I cannot fault their service, I was kept up to date & informed throughout. The teams I worked with were second to none, and I felt really calm and reassured throughout a very traumatic time in my life. Will definitely be recommending them to family & friends.

Excellent service. Professional and highly competent. Every single person I dealt with at this firm was professional, polite and well mannered something thats extremely rare these days. They succeeded in winning my case, I got a great result. After spending a few days in a medically induced coma because of medical negligence the last thing I wanted to do was go through the hassle of trying to prove my case. Glad I picked this firm to fight my corner for me . Thanks to everyone there, all the best.

I have to share how amazing Fairweathers have been with dealing with my negligence claim and how a very complex string of unfortunate health issues that snowballed due to the original negligence was handled in a relaxed professional manner by Nick and his team, I was really nervous about seeking legal advice after I suffered a long delay for a stage 3 Cancer diagnosis at the hands of my local GP surgery, but from my 1st meeting with Nick Fairweather and right the way through working with Steve Evans on what ended being a rather long complicated case i was always made to feel totally at ease and listened too. I'm just so glad I did contact Fairweathers as I have recently and very happily settled my case and feel that thanks to Fairweathers and all their hard work it was settled fairly and honestly. I really do recommend Fairweathers Solicitors to anyone who feels they may have suffered any medical negligence.

Francesca Beach and the team at Fairweathers recently worked on an NHS claim for our mother. Unfortunately, during that time, our mother sadly passed away. This meant starting all over again, I took over the claim and found the entire process was made so much easier with their help. They definitely are experts in their field. Many thanks to everyone who helped us resolve this issue.

Appears they have no idea on medical negligence law, I went to them with a case about the William Harvey hospital as a surgeon bodged my shoulder and created two 12mm holes in my bicep that the NHS have tried to cover up and convince me that it was genetic bearing in mind the facts that Im 36 played football and worked in construction most life problem free and now developed osteoarthritis and tendinitis of bicep and pectoral which has caused a lose of strength which I have evidence to prove that my bicep tendon was preserved before the operation and that any other potential causes have been ruled out meaning it been caused surgically and my specialist who is one the best in the country has stated that until I attended the William Harvey Hospital I was i in a fit and healthy condition. Then this lot of clowns have tried to tell me there no claim there when I have the evidence to prove that there is plus due to a time factor on making claims which again I am well within as it was 2 half years when they discovered the issue which is within the 3 years and then you get 3 years from day of finding out there a issue, therefore proving this lot are a bunch of clowns and dont have a clue what theyre going on about as regards medical negligence
