        I recently had a QHHT session with Heidi and it was such an interesting experience! I absolutely loved it. Heidi is so personable that she really helps you to relax and open up about yourself. I have never done anything like this before so it was sometimes hard to relax and let go, but Heidi was super patient with me. It was fascinating to see where my subconscious took me and the answers it gave me to my questions. I feel like I've gained a great deal of healing from the experience. If you are interested in exploring QHHT I would highly recommend booking a session with Heidi.

        Heidi is absolutely brilliant. She makes you feel so at ease. I doubted I would be able to be put under hypnosis but on both occasions it has happened. I always come away feeling rejuvenated and with a very positive mindset. I highly reccomend.
