This place is great at sourcing products you dont normally see in a supermarket hence why I use this place occasionally.
Price is a factor too which may restrict others. However, I do purchase my Christmas tree from Granny Smiths each year - again its not the cheapest but Im paying for convenience.
One other point Id make about this place is customer focus - pay the customer full attention especially with unnecessary distractions (idle chitchat with colleagues)
