Amazed at how helpful and kind this shop was, looking for a present and they even wrapped it beautifully. Definitely have care towards their customers and care about what they do. Great shop!

Absolutely wonderful shop. The owners are extremely helpful, it doesn't matter what you spend, you always get the same service. There is so much to see and buy!!! Purchases are wrapped with care, nothing is too much trouble. The array of merchandise is unbelievable, you will not be disappointed, always something to catch the eye. This is my "go to" shop in Herne Bay. A real gem. Thank you Frangipani.

Terrible! If you want to buy fake stones & crystals this is the place. I was shocked to see amongst the gemstones a piece of broken "turquoise". The broken piece was white inside, it was plaster painted to look like turquoise! Whether the shopkeeper knows or not is beside the point. This shows she either buys cheap from disreputable dealers on purpose or has no knowledge of her products which when selling spiritual stuff reeks of snake oil! I didn't mention it as she was unfriendly enough anyway & overcharged me on the items I did buy! Avoid at all costs!!
