You were professional without being unapproachable, compassionate and most of all, kind and thoughtful (even pointing out the potholes to avoid with my mums wheelchair and enabling us to get into the church early, out of the cold) I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use your services. It was regret that i could give only 2 stars. The actual funeral was as to be expected from a established company and very respectful, however when a phone call was made to them to discuss a very sensitive matter all i got was rude rude rude. To the point i had to put the phone down due to the manor i was spoken too. I eventually rung again and i got the same gentleman. I use the word gentleman loosely here,and got met by the same rudeness. I actually got told a lot of misinformation by this person. I will make sure i will never use this company ever again and i urge anyone to look around rather than use these. Shame as the woman that i previously had contact with was nothing but accommodating and helpful. This nasty gentleman left a very nasty taste in our mouth.

I have been to many funerals. However choosing Woolard and Kent in a time of great loss of my beloved companion. They gave an outstanding service; the old fashioned Hurst. with the funeral director walking in front of the Hurst with a top-hat and cane. A traditional funeral from the old days just how my companion would have liked. He was given great care. And the director conducted the service with compassion and sensitivity. Woolard and Kent showed me great compassion and patience through the whole process. When my time comes I would like Woolard and Kent to do the same for me.

Woollard & Kent gave me a first class service last year when taking care of my mother's funeral arrangements. Mark, Nick and Ray were incredibly helpful and professional throughout. Despite my mother passing away late one Saturday afternoon the company was contactable and soon had collected her. I highly recommend Woollard & Kent.
