From Gerry and Edith Costello in memory of Edeltraud Roch A much loved mother and Mother-in-law... "Ollie" met us at the Station road offices and was so very respectful and understanding. Our beloved Mum was treated with dignity and respect.Although we had a non-attendance cremation we saw mum at the chapel of rest and she looked at peace. My wife whose mother it is was very pleased with the manner that everything has been carried out by Welch and Sons and Ollie and his team. And Ollie has ben especially helpful as Mum comes from Austria and we had a family request to repatriate her remains to her beloved homeland one last time to be at rest with her two late sisters. The family are especially pleased and grateful that this is now going to be possible. I cannot thank the whole team at Welch and Sons for all the kindness and professionalism throughout our dealings with them and without any reservations can highly commend Ollie and the staff at A.Welch and sons and recoomend them to anyone who needs an exceptional and professional dignified way to say goodbye to a loved one or friend . Our sincere thanks and gratitude go to All at A Welch and Sons for their help and compassion

An exceptional level of service was provided by Alan and the rest of the team from start to finish throughout an obviously difficult period for our family. They showed professionalism, compassion & understanding at all stages of the funeral process to help make it as calm and easy as possible. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. Worth 5 stars and more.
