The company contacted me and offered me a choice of sending the ring back to them for repairs or to go to a jeweller of my choice and they will pay for it. I have chosen to go to a local jeweller. I am happy with their customer service and the way they have dealt with this situation.
Initial review:
Pearl got loose after a couple of months. Seems that is nothing i can do. Waste of money.
