Requested a medical report to accompany renewal of firearms certificate for Kent Police. Requested on April 13th, collected yesterday with very reasonable charge. Time delays and very high charges are happening all over the Country. Secretary's, Receptionist and of course the Dr were all very nice & helpful. Excellant service from start to finish.

Phoned early this morning call was answered by Emma, she was very professional very knowledgeable and sympathetic. We arranged a call from a lady Doctor this morning but I was offered a face to face appointment at 9.30am. Which I couldn't have made. On the whole am very pleased. Thank you Emma. Myrs Mizon.

Having waiting from 8.10am from queue position 38 for over half an hour in desperate need of an antibiotic treatment for impetigo rash I was coldly told to dial 111 or go to a&e. When the health service emergency services are on their knees and people are dying because they cant get into a&e the receptionist and then practice manager saw fit to give this advice when I repeatedly said what I had and what I needed. Impetigo is a highly contagious extremely distressing unsightly rash which I explained was on my face and this was the idiotic guidance I was given rather than any willingness to hear how upset I was how much speed of treatment mattered. Callous and idiotic doesnt even cover this response. Sending someone to A&E with a know rash rather than providing the prescription required!!! We wonder why our health service is on its knees, people are distressed and depressed in immeasurable levels and dying due to lack of care. It starts here .. at this level! The receptionist and practice manager untrained jobsworths who dont have a molecule of humanity in their bodies.
