        We are residents in Parkside court 50 flats and Serco are our waste disposal contractors unfortunately we have had some bad experiences with them not collecting the bins (household,recycling,plastic) they have now been left for 2weeks and we do not get anywhere when we ring them so it is becoming a health problem not impressed with the company

        I appreciate that switchboard often get busy but when you take time to report an issue then go through the options and are told to hold for an operator then are simply disconnected something is very wrong. Three times NOT HAPPY A review maybe needed of your poor service Herne Bay resident
