CORRECTION! ALL OF THE REVIEW BELOW APPLIES TO THE PREVIOUS MANAGERS - WHO HAVE NOW LEFT! THE NEW PEOPLE ARE HELPFUL, EFFICIENT AND SMILEY. PHEW. NOW I CAN GO BACK! I have been using this post office for years and I think it's time to change. Staff are rude. No greeting of any kind. No smile. No manners. Unhelpful service, to the point of obstruction. Every post office transaction is a challenge. I have stood patiently waiting to be served so many times whilst the staff finish their conversation, or chat on the phone. I was recently told off for not using the one way system in the shop and when I queried it, I was told the arrows on the floor had rubbed off! Last straw was their refusal to accept a small parcel, which I took straight to another post office...no problem there of course. Every community needs its post office but seriously, I'm not prepared to put up with this level of service any more. They clearly don't want to be there. Perhaps they shouldn't be.

Under new ownership. The new owners have done an amazing job restocking the shop. So helpful and friendly. Always happy to help with a very big smile. Please support our small local post office and shop. Once again excellent service. I can't thank you enough for helping me out each month.
